Another year, another convention to share his products with the community. Like every year, Kino set up shop in an out of the way corner of the convention, making it easier for someone to hang around the booth without getting crowded by who knows what. Adorning his booth were various objects, trinkets, and vials of liquids. Adorning the top of the booth in big bold letters the words "Alchemical Delights!" were shown, giving off both a mystical feel for the ladies, while also showing exactly what kind of a booth/shop he had for many of the disguised denizens of the convention. The booth was large enough that it could be seen as its own mini-tent, with the area behind the counter being blocked off by a tapestry.
Now, as for Kino, he wasn't one to get gussied up for this convention. Being a demi-cat it was easy for him to hide in plain site. He just had to make up some excuse about animatronics for his swishing tail and special effects material for the ears. So as the con goers went this way and that, he simply watched and waited for someone to stop by the shop. This was always the more enjoyable part of the convention for him anyways. It got his business out there, and he got to see some lovely ladies before they... well, the thought of what would be happening towards the end of the event made him grin. Maybe he did like the hunt, just a little.

This was Tyrone's first convention, having decided to sign up this morning to see how it was. Worst thing that could happen is he figured he'd have a nice time but empty bellied. Before the big event he decided to explore some of the booths, the first one catching his eye was this alchemical shop. He wore a straw hat to hide his ears and tried not to ever show his teeth, hoping to pass his height off as just normal. As he walked into the unique store though he could already smell something feline like, making him slightly hesitant.
He gazed around at all the potions and such, ears twitching under his hat with curiosity. He wondered if they all did what they said they did or was it all snake oil and trinkets. He figured there was only one way to find out, but which to get he wondered..... He glanced around more to see the owner, a red haired guy from the looks of it. It was also where the feline smell was coming from. With a smile the densin calmly walked up to the neko, rolling over what he should ask once he got there in his head.

Ivershka had deliberated over how to implement his disguise the past week. He could have went the old-fashioned route, whipping up a light spell to conceal his dragon-like features. But there were two important drawbacks to that. He'd likely lose the trust of every woman by showing his true self when it would be time to drop the costume. More importantly, people would not see his beautiful self.
So he went as himself, his glorious half-dragon self carrying a laptop with his right arm and a suitcase with his left. An animatronic excuse there and a contact lens excuse there was enough to pass by. But passing by wasn't enough. He wanted to thrive with the human guests.
So when a curious guest asked about his many recurved teeth, he said, "Oh these? Had to get 3D printed implants. Lost my originals in a car accident. The least the doctors could do was grant a wish for a struggling author. Now? I think of them as a blessing. I get to write about experiences I couldn't have with normal teeth. It's restored some of my drive back despite my sorry state."
He waved at the guest, hastily wished them fun and safety, and turned around. The first thing any courteous guest should do is check out the stands. And the first stand that caught his attention was the one in the back. The letters were garish, bold, but most importantly, worn. The owner must be an old-timer. He carefully slinked his way towards the stand and lined up behind Tyrone.

Kino was setting out a few 'samples' for people to try at the booth. Mostly they had small traces of gin and rum seeing as he couldn't really let people actually sample his potions. That'd cause a lot of panic and he'd been warned once already a previous year about slipping actual potions into someone's drink before the main event occurred. Thankfully people were able to wave it off as a mob hallucination. Regardless, upon putting the blue colored samples on the booth, he saw two people, one dressed up as a normal person, and the other obviously showing off just how much he loved being a dragon.
"Well, hello there you two. Come to see some of my fine wares?" He asked loudly and in a very showy manner. Thankfully there weren't any ladies at his booth yet, so he made a motion for the two to lean forward and whispered to them both.
"Fair warning, if you want to actually buy anything, you have to tell me what you are. Lots of people like to dress up as something they're not, and some potions don't work well with certain races." He says, eyeing the two. He figured that Ivershka was a dragon, but Tyrone seemed to be a bit more secretive as to what exactly he was. Kino wasn't the kind of cat that could smell out other people, his sense of smell had been burned away years ago while studying and becoming better at alchemy after all.

Tyrone wasn't the kind of person to be brave enough to sample potions anyway without being sure of it's effect. So he stayed clear of those and just walked up to the cat, while he did stiffen a little to feel someone behind him that smelled of a reptile. He hoped it wasn't a snake, anything but a snake. Nothing against whoever it was of course, he just had a fear of snakes.
Suddenly he was taken from his thoughts when the cat leaned in towards them, whispering. He listened as closely as he could without moving his ears, nodding softly in understanding. That was very good to know, he hoped his kind wasn't too reclusive now. "I see. Thank ye lad, I was thinkin' of gettin' somethin', I don't suppose bein' a densin would be any issue? " He whispered back softly with a instinctual tilt of his head, while shifting aside some for the dragon behind him.

Ivershka wasn't a snake, but he could eat like one. However, now wasn't the time or place to do so. He loomed over Tyrone's shoulder, giving the densin a glimpse of his snake-like teeth by accident. He smiled at the cat man manning the stand and whispered back, "I'm part dragon."
He looked around. Still no women. Ivershka then continued, "Anyway, what do your potions do?" He thought for a moment to make a more pointed question to establish his authenticity. "In particular, do you have any, oh what's the word..."
The dragon man snapped his crimson claws. "Extradimensional. Yes. Do you have any extradimensional potions in stock? If you have any that're compatible with dragons, I would love some. It's important for my work. If you don't know what I mean by my question, I'd also be more than happy to elaborate."

Kino clasped his hands together upon the two giving him their real races and grins, "Ooh, such interesting people to come visit the shop. Nah, as long as I know what you are, it makes it so I know what to avoid when making something for you. Everything that any of... us would need gets hand crafted in the back. Usually you just leave an order with me and either come back after the main event or leave a shipping address for me to mail everything to you." He says with a nod. "Not allowed to give any special products until the main event anyways." He says with a chuckle, tail swishing behind him as he talks.
Most of the products on display were advertised as good luck charms or medallions. Some worked, others were as useful as the vials labeled as literal snake oil. Most 'potions' on display were obviously fake, just different colored & flavored drinks for now. He gives Ivershka a glance when he brings up extradimensional potions. "You know, I haven't actually gotten a liscense for selling extradimensional products. That's a subject that can cause a lot of problems that a lot of people don't want to deal with. Dare I ask why you need something like that?" He asks the man curiously.
He also snatches up a glass from behind the counter and pours a blue colored liquid into the cup. "Either of you want a drink? Just a simple mix of gin with some extra flavorings to help calm the nerves for the day." He glances at Tyrone, "You especially look like you could use something to help loosen you up a bit."

Tyrone leaned back and away from the looming reptile to give him room, thankful to see those teeth did not resemble a snake. He wasn't the only one here anyway that could eat like one so that wasn't a big deal, as much as he wondered for a moment if this stranger was trying to scare him. Just because he didn't have claws and scales didn't mean the blonde was a pushover.
He listened to the neko some more, smiling a little. From his knowledge as long as it wasn't gold it was okay, but he wasn't the alchemist and he didn't wish to act like one. So he trusted the neko to know what he was doing. He waited until the reptile was done asking his questions before the drink was offered, making him politely shake his head. "Thank ye lad, but I don't drink alcohol. I just never been around anyone else but humans, it takes some gettin' used to. " he more calmly explained, before thinking about placing a order. "I don't suppose ye have potions that can be used on someone else.... perhaps to make them.... smaller? " He made sure to whisper still, hoping the question wasn't too odd.

"Mind if I have your drink then?" Ivershka asked. Though his eyes were blue, they thankfully weren't as cold as Tyrone'd expect from a coldblood.
Then his eyes grow wide as he listens to Tyrone's request. A potion that makes meals smaller? His vertical pupils flickered in confusion. If it fits, it sits.
He waits for Tyrone to finish asking before responding to Kino's question. "I'm applying for a special task force in the organization. I do enjoy writing, but I do need a side job to rake money. Anyway, while it's true that you and I and probably he," He pointed to the densin with his right thumb claw. "Eat people, there are times were we have to take... extra... measures to secure our secrecy. Most of us can make the bodies disappear, but not the spirit. And there are times where making the spirit disappear isn't enough. Word can get around fast if unfriendly non-humans get a glimpse of this."
"Thus," The dragon man took a sip of the drink offered to him, "Is the reason for the extradimensional potion. From what I've heard, it modifies the metabolism, internal capacity, and spacial structure of the user's insides to accommodate as many spirits and bodies as possible."
He winked an eye at Tyrone. "Think of it as the one-potion companion to a shrinking potion. It's more environmentally friendly since there's less containers you have to throw. I'm sure that's something you'd like to have if it were more common."
"That being said," The dragon man said to Kino, "You mentioned that you don't have a license for that. What kinds of problems tend to arise from using such?"

Kino couldn't help but let out a rather loud, hearty laugh at Tyrone's request. It was so sudden that it drew a few heads to the booth. "Oh boy this is your first time here, isn't it?" He asks much quieter, though the toothy grin showed that he was quite amused at this stranger's question. "Boy oh boy. I've got plenty of those, even helped supply this years stock for when the main event happens. You'll easily be able to snatch one up from someone working during the main event." He whispers to Tyrone, just in case his laugh had brought anyone over & he needed to keep his words quiet.
Upon denying the drink, Kino simply shrugged and took a sip himself. "Suit yourself. I've got non-alcoholic drinks here too, but they won't settle your nerves quite like liquid fire will." He teases with that toothy grin. His tail flicked behind him cautiously, almost as if the cat was thinking of something, before the two would see that twin split tail curling around a cylinder of all black. He pops it onto the booth and shakes his head. "Cost me a pretty penny this thing. You wonder why extradimensional potions require a permit? Its because worse things then this can become a byproduct of it." He says, and as he speaks the black cylinder starts to melt and ooze down the side of the booth, before snapping itself back into its solid, cylindrical form. The parts that the liquid had touched seemed a bit faded for a moment, before the coloration started to seep back into the booth.
"Bad things can happen if extradimensional byproducts aren't handled carefully. This simply sucks out color from things, but if you're not careful you can cause a creature that literally acts like a black hole to seep into our realm of existence. Its not something you want to tread lightly into, and honestly. Its not something I'm going to deal with myself." He taps the cylinder, "This here is thankfully pretty safe though." He says, before quickly putting it away behind the counter. Who knows who could see it and what people would think about it if they did happen to see it.

Tyrone made a soft hum to the dragon's question, lightly shrugging once it processed. "No not at all, if he doesn't mind I don't. " He replied calmly, seeing no reason why the dragon couldn't have it.
Tyrone leaned some, just a little, on the counter as he lisened to what Ivershka wanted, his eyes widening some.... Destroying spirits? That was certainly beyond him, he was just glad to get a entire human body in his gut, much less make it to where the human never existed. Besides, that didn't sound like a way he'd like to handle his prey. He noticed the wink and listened some, but some of the words being used were beyond him, so he was wondering some if he misunderstood a part or two there. "Oh no no.... I wouldn't want to destroy souls and people with that. " He sheepishly said, chuckling lightly while still in a whisper.
The densin flinched from the sudden laugh, jumping back from the booth like it zapped him. What was so amusing he wondered? Well he'd probably find out. He chuckled softly and lowered his gaze just a little as the cat even more confirmed he was new. He was afraid it would be like that, which was why he was hesitant before to sign up. But here he was, too late now to turn back. He relaxed soon after and sighed, knowing one of them will probably tease him more about it. He was surprised to hear a potion like that could be found so easily though, nodding once to show he was listening. "Alright, thank ye, I will keep my eyes peeled. " He didn't really need it but he thought it would be a good idea to hide his little hopefully soon to be belly guest better, though he guessed probably all the monsters here didn't need it.
Tyrone then found himself tilting his head curiously at the split twin tail, before gasping softly as he saw what that liquid did. What kind of stuff sucks color out of something? How is that possible even? No wonder you needed a license, that stuff is dangerous and it can get much worse from what the booth owner was saying. "Oh my.... no wonder ye don't want to deal with it.... "

Someone didn't want to be a murderous bastard? That's the first time he's heard of such from another predator. Maybe Tyrone wasn't with the organization?
Then again, he wasn't sure whether he should congratulate Tyrone for not being interested in soul-eating. The way the densin phrased his disinterest in soul-eating didn't sound like a moral quandry.
Ivershka was jolted from his musing when a stripe of color started running up the table. That's right. Up. Up wasn't a direction things fell in.
Yet, he couldn't help but eye the color-sucker with a bestial curiosity. His pupils drank in the sight of the black liquid critter sipping the chroma for a booth, adoring its simple form. The dragon man gathered sparks of light at the tip of his claw. He inched the miniature light show towards the liquid's container. Just one last treat for the critter before it won't see the light of day again.
Yet it probably made the two wonder - just how brazen was this man?
Then the dragon man heard the part about sentient black holes. While he was comfy with talking with all sorts of critters, he hadn't had any experiences talking with crawling cosmic phenomena.
"So there isn't a way to get that potion with cash." The dragon man poured Tyrone's drink into his before taking another sip. "That's a shame, but it's also understandable. Guess it'll have to wait until I get my own personal potion brewer that is licensed for that. And that won't until I do get a few more notches on my belt."
He followed up with another question, quick to distract them from the double entendre. Or at least he hoped so. He didn't want to be asked about how many women he forced into his stomach. "Do you have any elasticity enhancers that I could use for the application?" He fanned his claws near his throat. "They expect big things from a greedy eater such as myself. I'd hate to disappoint them."

Kino nodded to Ivershka, "Yup, I've got potions like that on sale. You can stop by after the main announcement to pick one up if you want." He says happily, double checking the container he had placed the black cylinder into in order to make sure it was sealed properly. The last thing he needed was to have to deal with some girl who got much to curious, and risk getting kicked out due to causing a problem to occur. Granted, he probably wouldn't mind having to 'deal' with an overly curious girl right about now. He was just now realizing he had forgotten to eat breakfast.
"You can get that kind of potion with cash, just not here really. You gotta go through one of the government shops in order to get it." He says with a nod. He takes another sip of the drink he poured for himself and eyes the two curiously. "So, asides from your curiosity about potions, what brought you two here? Or is Occam's Razor in effect for you two?" He asks with a grin, that split tail tip swishing from side to side as he eyes the crowd behind them.
"Oh, and, the name's Kino. Pleasure to meet you two."

Orestis was wandering around in the convention. He had been meaning to see one of these people gatherings himself, but when he learned the main event of this one, he couldn't resist. The wolf didn't need to prepare much as far as his disguise went. His real wolf ears were covered by his trademark hoodie, lifted to cover his face. His tail moved freely around out in the open, with the animatronics excuse covering him up for it. His face was covered in a pretty realistic wolf mask, mutt and all, in a really dark brown color that covered his face. His hands were left as they were, thinking that the slightly overgrown fur on them would pass as synthetic.
He kept walking around, measuring people. So far there were much more monsters than girls which would make the menu kinda hard to make, but he didn't mind. The convention was just beggining after all. His belly rumbled, reminding him his main reason for attending. Subconciously, he turned his head towards a group of people, gathering in front of a booth. Liking the idea of an alchemist-themed shop, he turned towards that direction and started walking. Getting past a few people was pretty easy for him, while also checking out for any tasty-looking girl. He grinned as he saw three men gathered together and talking to each other.
The wolf approached the trio and politely made his presence known. "Ahem. Hello, Gents. Is this a private conversation or can anyone join?" He grinned inside of his wolf mask, but they shouldn't be bale to see it.

Indeed, something from what Tyrone heard of this organization was a rarity, a not murderous bastard in the convention as a predator. But that was something he wished to keep a little on the down low, unsure if that was against the rules due to it's increased risk of getting in trouble by leaving living, breathing and overall okay witnesses. But the densin wasn't about to change his ways, there was no way he could bring himself to kill anyone for sport. He tried not to judge the dragon beside him for it though, considering it was something that most expected of him anyway and he himself didn't wish to be judged, so why should he? It was a simple little life rule his mother taught him, don't say or think something of someone that you wouldn't want it being said or thought of you.
Tyrone smiled a little and watched the two, not being nearly as much of a magical being as these two it felt that was the best thing to do was watch. He wa glad to see that thing was put up though, it was unnerving him. Snakes and powerful magic, both of those were the best way to get on the blonde predator's nerves. But he was being pretty lax despite that. "Oh, well I was mainly jus' curious, I don't know what ye mean by Occam's Razor but yeah, curious. " He explained himself the best he could, thinking to see if there was really any other reason and he couldn't think of one. "Ah, name's Tyrone, also a pleasure. " He replied quickly with a polite nod.
Then a wolf man showed up, from the smell anyway, making him perk up a little and blink curiously at the newcomer, wondering if he should step aside since he wasn't really a magic user here. The question about it being private or not made he densin look to the other two, having no objections of people joining in but he didn't wish to speak for the others by accident.
