Orestis grinned under his mask as the seemingly cocky neko teased him not to reveal too much about the main event. He once again lowers his head to whisper to the cheeky vendor's ear, not wanting to be heard by anyone else. "I just hope you have a good deal of digestion potions. Perhaps something to make the process slower. A great deal of the snacks here look like they'd make for nice teasing after they're shown their place." He chuckled and took his original standing position.
He then looked at Tyrone. The wolf made his way to him and patted him friendly on the back. "No worries, my friend. You will have your fun regardless of the other guys' intentions." He said silently. "Don't be surprised. Wolves like myself have a pretty good sense of hearing. And even if I hadn't heard anything, pity is written all over your face. Just sit back and enjoy the con. Things will get really lively soon."

Tyrone perked up some as Kino asked if any of them were interested in buying something, making a soft hum before shaking his head. "Oh no, I was just curious is all. For now anyway, maybe later though. " he told the grinning split tailed feline. And he couldn't help but snicker softly as the young lady pointed out she was too young to drink legally, but didn't say anything.
However, when suddenly he was patted on the back, the densin yelped briefly and made a half turn around, only stopping when the wolf spoke. His words were a little confusing, he wasn't so much worried about his fun as much as he was the well being of the sweet ladies. But he just sighed and nodded lightly, seeing no reason as to why he should discuss this with the canine. "I know, that's what concerns me. " He whispered back though, turning around fully to face the wolf boy with as much of a calm expresison as he could.

Kino chuckled at the girl's remark. "19 huh? Well, there aren't many regulations going on to keep people from various over aged topics." He chuckles softly. The young ones tend to go quickly, and so he's not one to turn them away from his samples and stuff, "Up to you if youwant to live a little, no one here is gonna rat you out." He teased with a sly grin, watching her head over to the trinkets. They were shaped and carved in various ways. Some seemed to give off heat while others were cold to the touch. They looked very ornately carved.
He simply gave the wolf a nod. Discussing these things so close to one of the would be victims of the event is quite dangerous, so his only response was a simple nod of affirmation that he'll have what they need when the time comes. He couldn't help but chuckle as he watched the wolf and densin interact though. Two predators on the opposite ends of the spectrum. "Well, if you find something you like let me know. Prices tend to fluctuate depending on supply and demand around here." He says with a warm smile.

"No thanks. I'll be sure to stay in my right mind and take in the whole event," she responded, "I'd hate to miss anything." It was an alright save on the catboy's part, but not good enough.
She picked up a warm trinket and took a closer look. "How much for this one?"

The wolf chuckled underneath his mask. "Well, as the catboy told you a little earlier, you can't save them all. So I'd suggest you let it go and enjoy yourself. I assume you're not here to be saddened about the main event. Try to cheer up. Do you want me to buy you a potion? I heard it helps calm you." He said, kepping a friendly and cheerful tone. Orestis wasn't trying to toy with Tyrone. He just genuinely wanted to help him ease up.

Tyrone murmured softly in thought to the Wolf's words. He was right, he didn't come here to be saddened by the main event, he came here to have a nice day and enjoy himself. "Aye, yer right yer right.... I don't drink but thank ye anyway lad. I should be happy and lookin' forward to the rest of this convention, main event included." He replied with a genuine smile back, assuming the potion was the blue stuff Kino was giving out. At first he thought the wolf was just toying with him, but the densin could see now he was wrong and he felt a little guilty for assuming so before.

Kino thought for a moment. "Mmm, Ten dollars." He said in regards to how much the trinket was. "Each trinket ranges from 10 to 15 dollars today. That one should give you a bit of good luck in the coming days." He says happily, watching the girl's reaction while also keeping an eye on the wolf and densin. Kino stretches happily and hums softly. "So, what are you two looking for, anyways? Or are you two going to just have a little pow wow out there while I deal with my customers?" He asks with a sly grin.

"Sounds good. What exactly does it do?"
Brianna had had her fun, but once the sale was finalized she intended to step away from the booth and get something to drink that she knew she could trust. There was just something about the catboy, that said "I wanna have fun, screw whoever gets hurt," - a kind of evil that she'd seen all her life. She didn't want to judge people for impressions that she couldn't be sure of, but...

As he wandered the convention, Thitero realized that he had greatly underestimated the size, strength and speed of some of the other monsters. Though he did not envy them their forms, he knew that they would make fierce competition when the time came. Impeccable looks and a knack for linguistics might not suffice when seeking to snag a congoer, yet Thitero could not stand the thought of leaving his very first convention with an empty belly. More than anything, he needed some edge to lure or incapacitate his prey before they ran off into the jaws of another, more physically suited predator. When he spotted the booth labeled “Alchemical Delights”, he thought he’d found just what he needed. With his sleeved wings folded habitually behind his back, he stalked forward through the crowd, casually shouldering aside those in his way. At the booth, a furry-eared cat man talked with a human girl holding some kind of bauble. It seemed that he had almost closed a sale, but this did not stop Thitero from interrupting. His need was urgent. He had no idea when the main event was scheduled to begin, and he could not lose in the chaos his best chance at catching his meal. “You there, cat-creature,” he interjected loudly in a raspy, avian voice. “These things you sell, would any allow me to attract or catch a human girl?” He asked without a hint of self-awareness. “I seek something that would make her weak in the knees such that she cannot run, or something that would compel her to give herself to me. You have these things among your vials, yes?”

Orestis patted the densin on the back. "Atta boy! Glad you realised so. Ain't nothing worse than a long face at such a convention." He said smiling and patted Tyrone's shoulder.
He turned to Kino, having heard his comment on the two. THe wolf couldn't help but chuckle at the cat's cocky attitude. Then again he was a cat after all. "Don't mind us mr vendor. We're just chilling, looking at your fine merchandise. I would consider buying a good luck trinket... if I believed in luck."
Upon hearing Thitero speaking loudly and clearly about the main event to Kino, the wolf dashed towards him, while also removing his mask. He lsowly climbed up to the harpy and whispered at his ear. "Remember me 'Captain'? I'm sure you do but will pretend you don't. Anyways, since you're probably new in these kinds of venues I'll offer you some tips. First and most important. We never talk about eating women out loud. It's fine if you're whispering or dropping certain hinst, but not actually expressing your desire to gulp them down. Until the main event, the tasty snacks around here are supposed to be clueless, so try to hold your words." He took a step back and smiled. "Other than that it's all good!"

Thitero cocked his head blankly. Captain? Of course, he remembered after a moment, the picture! That’s where he knew the slender canine from. Strange to have met so many people of such high rank all at one time. Thitero attributed it to his personal magnetism.
That aside, why was the wolf telling him not to talk about eating the humans? He knew that, everyone knew that. It was supposed to be a surprise, so of course he couldn’t talk about it. Stupid wolf. Thitero had said nothing about eating the women, only catching them. Catching is not the same as eating, so he was allowed to talk about it. Obviously.
As he opened his mouth to tell the masked wolf off, Thitero found himself in a quandary. If he told the wolf that he knew not to talk about eating the girls, he would by doing so talk about eating the girls. He stared for several seconds while trying to work his way around the problem. Before the silence invited interruption, he simply said the first thing that popped into his head, “Don’t whisper so close to my ear. It tickles."

Tyrone chuckled some in embarrassment when he realized he was just standing here at a store, not buying anything! "Sorry Kino, I should probably be on my way, someone may want a carvin' already. Do have fun everyone! " As he turned around to leave, he winced at the predator that almost just screamed he was a girl eater, but he guessed maybe it could be passed off as.... other motives. Still he was eager not to get stuck with that and headed out to the rest of the convention. (Left the booth, have fun guys! )

Kino nods, having been putting out a few items when Tryone announced his departure. "PLeasure seeing you good sir. Do come by later if you need something." He says warmly, "I might have something to help with your... worries." He calls out to him as he leaves. "Well then." He hums, eyeing Brianna curiously. The way she looked at him made him frown a little. She seemed suspicious about something but he wasn't quite sure. Either way, he handed her the trinket once she paid for it. "Yeah, it should keep you warm and feeling secure while you wear it." He says with a smile, and if Brianna did put it on, she'd definitely feel the warmth radiating off of the trinket and soaking into wherever it rested on her skin. It wouldn't burn, but would just be a pleasant warming sensation.
Kino grinned at the bird, "Ho, ho! What have we here?" He said with a boisterous tone. "A birdie coming to visit a cat's home turf, how brave of you good sir." He teased, grinning as he listened to his request. "Most definitely, I've got a few things like that which can help you acquire the ire of some lovely ladies." He said with a nod, leaning forward and making a hand motion for Thitero to lean forward too so that he can hear Kino whisper to him. "First things first. Gotta ask, what are you? Lots of people like to dress up as other kinds of races for the jokes and I gotta make sure my potions don't have a bad reaction with your race." He says quietly to the harpy.
He had noticed the wolf whisper to Thitero, and had vaguely heard his words thanks to his cat ears, so he couldn't help but chuckle at his warning. "Ah, best to be safe then sorry, but you know. Sometimes we just gotta get into character, no?" He says with a coy grin. Really, who would honestly believe that people would be capable of eating a lovely lady? Kino sure expected people to just chuckle at the audacity of the concept and assume that he was getting really into character as a potion's salesman. After all, magic isn't real, right? Not to these ladies anyways~

"Alright. Maybe I'll see you again sometime," Brianna said, leaving the stand, the salesman, and the crowds. In particular, that bird-boy who was all too upfront about his desires. He'd never find a partner if he kept acting like that.
{Brianna has left the scene.}

Noticeably puzzled, Thitero looked down at his chest, lifted his folded wings and checked under each, turned about and lifted his cloak to check his tail feathers, and finally lifted his legs one at a time to wiggle his talons. Frowning concernedly beneath his veil, he whispered to Kino in the cat-man's own voice, “I am a harpy. The cat can see this? Is my outfit too concealing?”
Without waiting for a reply, he continued, “And besides that, I do not want their ‘ire’. I want the rest of them. They can keep their ‘ire’. It doesn’t sound appealing.”
As he spoke, Thitero’s eyes wandered the cat-man’s stall and fixed upon a bracelet of opalescent beads. From his angle, sunlight from the windows overhead caught them perfectly, and they shined brightly. Immediately upon spotting them, he snatched it from the shelf and fiddled it loosely onto his wrist. “And this, I want this, too,” he added loudly in his usual, raspy tone.
