Name: Mountain Shrike, Lover of Battles, Taker of Lovers, Eater of Flesh, Glorious in His Resplend-y'know what, just put "Monty" on the name badge.
Age: Monty claims to have been born "regrettably after the last age of gods and heroes." Let's just say 20.
Race & Gender: Thunderbird, male.
Appearance: As a Thunderbird, Monty's true appearance is a glorious bird of prey with feathers in two dozen scintillating colors, a beat of whose wings can make the sky rumble. He may also appear as a hairless human with skin the color of bronze; for the convention he has sewn a rainbow cloak of shed feathers taken from other thunderbirds, and wears it with all his looted jewelry (over a hundred pounds in total!), as well as a long and stylish varicolored wig (made from hair taken from prey that particularly caught his interest). He also brought a wooden hawk-faced mask to wear, carved by a member of his harem. At his side hangs a sturdy ironwood club banded with mountain bronze.
Personality: Monty is vain, proud, and to be honest a little stupid. He loves a good story, and loves a chance to boast about himself even more. He styles himself a god, but to himself acknowledges that he's got virtually no odds of actually being worshipped in this cynical age. Particularly when he keeps eating his worshippers or taking them into his harem. Or both.
His upbringing has left him with a "might makes right" attitude; as such, he's unlikely to change his views on anything until someone beats a new one into him. However, those who do draw an unhealthy chance of drawing his obsession. Additionally, he was raised to have a strong enmity toward water spirits (which he actually cannot see); if he is informed of the presence of one, he will probably try and assert his "dominance."
Monty has an unhealthy obsession with "trophies" as part of the "warrior" image he maintains. He has a tendency to relieve his human meals of their jewelry and sometimes even their hair before devouring them.
As an "honorable" warrior, Monty insists that he never lies; this is sort of true. Nearly every statement he makes, however, is riddled with exaggerations, overstatements, and misremembered "facts." Even a promise wrung out of Monty is unlikely to be remembered in full - taking a thunderbird at his word is a risky prospect!
History: When asked about himself, Monty is likely to engage the listener in a series of wild and often contradictory tales of magic and heroism, stories of cunning tricks, beautiful lovers, and daring raids.
Don't believe a word of it.
Preferences: Oral, micro or normal size, hard or soft, willing or unwilling. Also interested in multiple prey for Monty - what a glutton!
Big No's: Scat/Watersports, going overboard on blood or gore.
