"Hmm. A pole is an idea," he said, rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "Might take up a little too much space, but a dancing girl is deliciously... antiquated. Might just need to settle for getting you a leash and jewelry, and some gauzy clothes."
"I might as well ask what you want, and then tease you by denying it," he chuckled, running a hand through her hair before making for the computer, turning his scarred back to her. "My kind has an inherent need for control, I think. Deep down in our blood. Though when it comes down to it, I don't particularly have much control in my moments of lust or hunger. So I suppose you should be ready for anything," he added, in mock apology.
"Speaking of that..." he said, his tongue suddenly flicking out, and his nostrils flaring for a moment. "I smell hot cheese... and girl approaching, if you wanted to make sure you're covered, or hidden away, or what have you. Up to you."

Shura was caught off guard at the sight of the old injuries marring his back. Were they merely the remains of former lovers, or something more sinister? Though her interest was piqued, she figured now wasn't the time to inquire, let alone at all.
"Oh, uh..." She gave herself a once-over, noting the abundant skin the robe showed. Might as well keep out of sight. "I'll just hang back here, I guess," she made for a room towards the back of the apartment.

The one room to retreat to was the naga's bedroom, which at least had plenty of interesting things to look at. The naga himself put on a robe to answer the door. From where Shura was, she could hear the conversation in little bits.
"Oh, ew. You one of those guys from that weird convention?"
"Oh, yes, of course. This... costume is a rather bit to get out of."
"Looks pretty fake. Still, creepy. Anyways, that's just fifteen bucks... plus tip."
"I was actually wondering... its rare to have a delivery girl look so... cute. Do you think I could convince you to stay for awhile."
"Woah, hey, freak, don't think you can - "
"Oh, right, that tip..."
There was silence for a few moments, and the sliding sound of money being counted.
"Well," came the girl's voice, much more friendly now. "Why didn't you start with that? You know, you're not that bad looking. Kinda look like a girl but that's just the costume, right?"
He murmured a response and there was the sound of a door closing - if Shura peeked, she could see a slender girl standing in the dining room, with her hair under a cap in a blonde ponytail, wearing a tight T-shirt and tighter yoga pants that left little to the imagination. She was doing her best to fake being flirty and interested, though her head kept turning to the side to eye the pile of cash the naga had offered.

Shura drank in the room's contents, gaze slowly drifting from the large, luxurious-looking bed to the various knick-knacks displayed. Some were just the ordinary decorations, but others looked like something out of a fairy tale. Part of her wanted to go over and touch them, but as her ears picked up the sound of an unknown voice, she found herself padding over to the closed door and pushing it open a crack.
The delivery girl was in plain view, and Shura's curiosity over the interest that had been taken in her was no longer a mystery. If her body language was anything to go by, she looked pretty uncomfortable and ready to leave as soon as the money was handed over. She wasn't a complete idiot, but still foolish for actually accepting his offer. And come on, costumes could only look so convincing.
"Get out of here!" she couldn't help hissing under her breath, anxiety knotting her stomach.

The girl looked around - Shura hadn't spoken loud enough for the girl to tell where it was coming from, but she seemed a bit more on edge. If the naga heard, he gave no sign.
"There's just you here, right?" said the girl, a little suspicious. She didn't seem particularly afraid of Ormen himself - which only made sense if she thought of him as a slender man in an awkward costume.
"Hmm? Would you mind if there were?"
"I might need a bigger tip..." she answered, unable to keep glancing at the drawer where the money had come from, as if considering if she could take it all and make a run for it.
"So... what do you want for that, anyways?" she said, sliding the cash into a pouch at her side. "It has to be quick, I do eventually have to get back. My boss is like, a real bitch about taking too long."
"You know, you must work out..." said the naga, staring down at her. "You have such well shaped... legs. That's quite a fetching outfit."
"Fetching?" asked the girl. "Like a dog? This is starting to sound pretty weird."
The naga sighed. "I mean, it looks good on you."
"Oh, well, yeah," said the girl, turning a bit to show off, and laughing a little. "Wow, you're nearly drooling huh? You an ass guy I take it?"
"Something like that."
The girl gave a vapid laugh. "Okay, I think I got you figured out..." she snickered, bending herself over the cabinet, waving her hips in his direction. "Just a quickie, okay? Any anal stuff, the money needs doubled though."
Though Ormen's back was turned to Shura, it was impossible to mistake his change in body languages - the curling of his tail and tensing of his body. The delivery girl was doing to a naga the equivalent of waving the red cape in front of the bull and unless something happened soon, wouldn't have much time to regret it.

Jesus Christ, she was that easy? And for a guy who, to her, seemed to be wearing a weird snake costume no less. Shura set her jaw, hand tensing into a fist as she continued to watch warily.
"Are you fucking kidding me," she breathed, knowing full well what was going on as his back obscured the ignorant girl. There was no way she'd be leaving now, it was obvious. A free meal with right in from of him and quite literally asking for it. Shura's conscience told her to burst out of hiding and just push the other woman out of the apartment, but how realistic was that? And she couldn't imagine he'd be happy with his new pet denying him of food like that.
Her survival instincts won out, and she remained stationary, making sure her shaky breathing didn't go over whisper level.

Shura had made her decision - probably the smart one, if not the easy one. At least the girl seemed to be enjoying herself - apparently venom wasn't a necessity in being pleasured by a naga - her screams, moans and whimpers certainly weren't the kind that could be faked. Maybe if he enjoyed himself he would be satisfied... but he had indicated that he needed this kind of food to survive.
Eventually he gave a sucking hiss, intake of breath, and pulled away, revealing the girl still bent over, her ass a little red from where he had been gripping her.
"Wow... Jesus..." she muttered. "If you'd told me you could do that I wouldn't have asked for the money..." she said, sweat plastering her bangs to her face. "You not had any in awhile? You know, you wouldn't look so bad - ow!"
He had grabbed her ponytail and held her up by it, her eyes going wide in pain an anger, and then in fear as she realized his strength.
"What the -"
"Sorry, I'd like to talk a bit more, but I'm really quite starved..." he breathed, his eyes gleaming - she looked into them, and understood his inhumaness. She would have screamed if she had time, but he shoved her headfirst into his mouth, as his jaws opened wide, tearing at her shirt. Unlike with Shura, his hunger this time made him rush, crammed her down his throat - Shura could see the outline of the girl pressed against his human stomach. He ripped off her pants and panties entirely, leaving her naked rear and legs kicking - he took a slightly longer time to tease her, nibbling on her rear and licking along her thighs - but his hunger could not be denied - he slurped her legs down like long noodles, licking at her toes and pinching them, before sucking those down as well. Soon the girl had vanished altogether - though Shura could make out the wiggling lump in his tail, where she could sometimes make out the outline of a face, a rear, or a handprint, and the very muffled sound of screaming.
He himself let out a long breath, his body damp with sweat, and he wiped the drool from his mouth, glancing towards the bedroom door, which he approached and opened with a thin smile. "Doing a little peeking eh?" he teased, though he seemed to have less of his regular humour, his tail still emitting faint noises.

It was the equivalent of witnessing a train wreck. Shura's heart soared to her throat as the girl was yanked up and promptly forced inside. Seeing this happen from the sidelines was surreal, morbid, nauseating. Sweat beaded at her forehead and her breath became faster, more audible...
It was over as quickly as it had started. Now there was a grotesque, squirming mass settled within his tail. What was worse, those screams... Needless to say, any trace of appetite she'd had before was long gone. She recoiled unsteadily when he exposed her, fighting the urge to vomit and keeping her eyes anywhere but on the bulge.
Her mouth opened, then closed. What the hell could you say in response to seeing someone get eaten alive? Shura felt like an accomplice to murder, and she internally admonished her selfishness.
"Fuck," she eventually mumbled, pushing past him back into the living area.

The naga stared at her as she pushed past, what might be anger or annoyance flashing in his eyes - followed by what might be disappointment or even shame. Eventually he regained his perfect cool, and gave another smirk, sliding into his bedroom. "No need to be rude," he chuckled. "I'd give you some punishment, but I prefer to rest after eating. If you're unsure about your arrangement you can come ask me for a... renegotiation..." he teased.

Shura waved him off and seated herself on the couch once more, exhaling heavily. She glanced momentarily at the pizza box, but felt no desire to get up and serve herself. Not right now, anyway. Her stomach was in turmoil, though no bile was - currently - on its way up.
Coward. Coward. Coward.
She buried her head in her hands, letting the self-deprecating thoughts rant and rave. Punishment? For what, having morals? She'd stood there like a good girl and even watched, for fuck's sake. An innocent person was being digested alive mere rooms away and here she was, not doing anything about it. As if there was anything to do about it in the first place.
Thirst nagging at her, she reluctantly wandered over to the kitchen, located a glass, and filled it with water. The contents were gone in seconds, and she stood there, staring out the massive window at a city she'd never be able to leave.

Though she might not have thought of it, looking in the kitchen revealed a disappointing lack of anything that could be used as a weapon. Which made sense. The naga didn't cut his food, or poke it with a fork. At most there was some bottles of sauces, in case she wanted to try and garnish him to death.
From the window, Shura could actually see the plaza with the convention center across from it. The convention seemed to be wrapping up as evening came down. It was hard to tell how many had been eaten there - how close she might have come to that as well.
For the moment she had the night - because in the morning, the monster would be awake again, and wanting.

Shura had finally become aware of just how exhausted she was, physically and mentally. She returned to her place on the couch and turned the TV on. Flicking through channels for a while, she never kept one on for too long, and eventually hit the power button.
What a hell of a crazy day. There was really nothing else to do but got to bed, though she welcomed the prospect of being able to rest for once. The couch was comfortable enough; of course, she was in no position to be picky anyway. Stretching herself out on it, she closed her eyes and waited for the inevitable slip into unconsciousness. As if being merciful, her body gave in fairly quickly, and she entered a heavy sleep.
Whether her dreams would be merciful, however, was another story.

Shana would sleep through the night - and a little bit of the day. The effects of the venom seemed to push the body a little far. When she would awake, it would be to hunger, and cold pizza. At least the naga had a microwave. Of the naga there was currently no sign. He was probably still in the bedroom digesting his... meal. Probably.
After a few more minutes awake, there was a knock on the door and a girl's voice, followed by another knock.
"Uh... Mr. Ormen? Mr. Ormen I have your delivery. These groceries? Er... if these are actually for you..."

The knock came just as Shura was about to retrieve her slice from the microwave. Groceries? Ah, right. He had mentioned something about taking care of her needs before.
Was is alright for her to answer the door, she wondered? Peering in the direction of the bedroom, she could only assume he was either sleeping off the - ugh - remains of what he'd eaten, or was simply too lazy to get up. The former seemed much more likely.
After weighing the pro's and cons of what she should do, Shura gave a half-hearted shrug, tightened her robe about herself and went to answer the door.
"Uh, hi," she sheepishly greeted the girl on the other side. "I can take those for him."

The girl blinked a little and her cheeks darkened. She was young looking - perhaps a few years younger than Shura. She had tanned skin, and dark hair cut short, and was dressed in pants, shirt and vest - looking like a bellboy - one of the apartment or hotel private staff. Beside her, Shura could see a large cart filled with plastic bags.
"Oh. Hi. Are you a... guest?" said the girl. "Look, maybe its best if you er, left. Soon..." she said, looking very nervous and maybe a little... ashamed. "He - "
"Ah, good morning..." The naga emerged from his lair - had he just woken up, or been waiting? His tail at least had a less definable woman-shape to it now. He was still naked, not seeming to care about the hotel staff seeing him as such - at least not this one. It was likely he had this section of the building to himself. The girl looked away, a little uncomfortable, shutting her mouth and starting to move in the groceries.
"You're looking rather lovely today, Francisca," he said jovially - though with a mocking tone in his voice. It was hard to tell exactly what his current mood was.
The girl mumbled a response and turned to leave.
"Ah, hold on there..." chuckled the naga. "I want to introduce you to my new pet, Shura," he said, all smiles. Ormen leaned in towards Shura as if sharing a secret, but didn't bother to whisper.
"Francisca here helps with my deliveries of things. Have to have at least one human for that so I don't have to go scaring everyone going to pick things up. She's very helpful. How is college going, by the way? You should see her, Shura, she's quite the actress and musician." The naga gave a toothy smile. "Quite a shame though, when I met her, she was being criminally overlooked in favour of some rather cruel girls at her school. I told her if she brought them here I could sort out her problems. They were very delicious problems. And she'd never have the money for all her classes without my little extra," he added with a wink.
The hotel girl simply looked away - it was clear the naga had her firmly in his coils, as it were, as he had her mixed up as a possible accessory to murder. The naga's torment of her way maybe an indication that he was in a less than good mood today.
"Is that all you need?" said the girl, swallowing, not looking at Shura. "I've got - "
"What's the rush?" laughed Ormen. "Shura, why don't you help load the fridge."
The hotel girl started to unpack, though her nervousness was clear - and the way she avoided looking directly at Shura indicated a good deal of shame was involved as well.
